His big brother, Railroad Engineer Carson, brave soul that he is, tried to fend the alien off with his lantern. Alas, he was no match.
Thankfully, Geoff had the presence of mind to grab the camera to document such a phenomenal occurrence.
We will miss Jackson's wit and his frequent "gun shows." And especially, the displays of his six-pack abs "when he cries."
